| Location : Jeff's Recipes"Plain" 4-Hour Ribs The Story:
Darrell Plain let me borrow his Ribs recipe and it's been the best ribs ever since.
I modified it a bit, but the base is still his, so I gave him credit.
Preparation Time: 10 mins to make, 4 hours to cook
Ingredients
- 2 Large racks of rib; cut into individual ribs
- 2 Cup <1000ml> Water
- 4 tbsp <60ml> Garlic Powder
- 1 Lb <0.5kg> New Potatoes; halved
- 1 Lb <0.5kg> Carrots; peeled & sliced(same size as potatoes)
- 2 Package Onion Soup Dry Mix
- 2 Bottles Bulls Eye BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Place the cut rib peices into the middle of a large roasting pan.
- Put the potatoes and carrots along the sides
- Sprinkle the Garlic Powder and Onion Soup mix over ribs
- Pour BBQ sauce over ribs
- Pour water over the whole mixture (DO NOT MIX!)
- Cook at 250f/120c for 4 hour
